We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of receiving your item in its original condition. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

We do not offer refunds at this time.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy 

We can not cancel any orders at any given time due to the nature of our pre-order model. There are no exceptions. Please be certain when placing orders.
