All U.S. and Canada orders over $299 USD will receive complimentary shipping.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer liable. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages.
Because items are made pre-order, shipping times may vary. Please email info@jqnthelabel.com with any questions or concerns.
IMPORT DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount.
Customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
